1 Introduction

bdzl is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to our website, mobile version, and all related services. We may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. bdzl reserves the right to limit deposit or withdrawal activity until the verification process is complete.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately. bdzl will never ask for your password via email or chat.

5 Account Suspension & Closure

bdzl may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If false or misleading information has been provided.
• If evidence of multiple accounts is found.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is found.
• If there is suspicion of involvement in money laundering or illegal activity.
• If any provision of these Terms is violated.

6 Deposit Rules

The following methods may be used to deposit funds at bdzl: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example — Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the account must belong to the registered user.

7 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal amount must be consistent with your account balance and any applicable wagering requirements. Completion of account verification is mandatory before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• It is recommended to match your withdrawal method with the method used for your deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious withdrawals.
• Multiple withdrawal requests at a given time must remain within the applicable limits.

8 Welcome Bonus

bdzl offers new members a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

Wagering requirements apply to the bonus: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

9 General Bonus Terms

Before claiming any bonus, please be aware of the following:

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and applicable conditions.
• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Winnings associated with a bonus cannot be withdrawn until its wagering requirements are met.
• bdzl reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, both the account and the bonus will be cancelled.

10 VIP Program

The bdzl VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level — starting from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze and going up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Details on VIP level progression and benefits are available after logging in to the platform. VIP benefits are subject to change at bdzl's discretion.

11 Fair Play Policy

12 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
